Day Pass Policy

WellEmbrace Day Pass, $39
Includes one private wellness experience in the Reset, Reflection, or Recenter Room, plus access to the lounge and Well Table during regular business hours on your selected day. Complimentary hot drinks and occasional snacks are included.

After purchase, call 847 986 8996, text 224 804 4744, or email hello@wellembrace.com to schedule your private experience and select your day of use. Reservations are subject to availability.

Day Pass Policy: Valid for one selected business day only. Passes may be purchased in advance and are subject to availability. Once a date is selected, the pass is valid only for that date. Passes are nontransferable, cannot be combined with other passes, promotions, or discounts, and have no cash value. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
If WellEmbrace must close or cancel unexpectedly, the pass may be rescheduled for another available date.

Week Pass Policy

WellEmbrace Week Pass | $59
Enjoy WellEmbrace during regular business hours for seven consecutive calendar days beginning on your selected start date. Your Week Pass includes two private wellness experiences in the Reset, Reflection, or Recenter Room, plus access to the lounge and Well Table whenever WellEmbrace is open during your active pass period. Complimentary hot drinks and occasional snacks are included.

Week Pass Policy: Valid for five consecutive WellEmbrace business days beginning on the selected start date. The pass includes two private wellness experiences in the Reset Room, Reflection Room, or Remind Me Room, plus lounge and Well Table access during regular business hours throughout the active pass period. Private experiences are subject to availability and must be used during the active pass period. Passes are nontransferable, cannot be combined with other passes, promotions, or discounts, and have no cash value. All sales are final and nonrefundable. If WellEmbrace must close unexpectedly, an appropriate adjustment will be provided.

Membership Policy

WellEmbrace Membership | $79 Monthly
Enjoy ongoing access to WellEmbrace with three private wellness experiences each membership month in the Reset Room, Reflection Room, or Remind Me Room, plus access to the lounge and Well Table during regular business hours. Members also receive complimentary hot drinks and occasional snacks, along with additional member benefits offered throughout the year.

Private wellness experiences must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Membership Policy: Membership is billed monthly until canceled. Three private wellness experiences are included during each active membership month. Unused experiences expire at the end of the membership month and do not roll over. Memberships are nontransferable and cannot be combined with other passes, promotions, or discounts unless specifically stated. Membership fees are nonrefundable once billed, and all sales are final. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not refund the current paid membership period. If WellEmbrace must close unexpectedly, an appropriate adjustment will be provided.
