Your approved promotional graphic or short video becomes part of a rotating digital display shown on the main Lounge monitor during regular WellEmbrace business hours.

Who Can Apply?
Community Spotlight is open to local businesses, professionals, organizations, and service providers whose products or services are a good fit for the WellEmbrace community.
All businesses and promotional content are reviewed before acceptance. WellEmbrace reserves the right to approve or decline participation based on the business, content, services offered, and overall alignment with the WellEmbrace environment and audience.
How Community Spotlight Works
Apply
Complete the Community Spotlight application and tell us about your business.
Get Approved
WellEmbrace reviews your business and promotional content for alignment with our community.
Submit Your Spotlight
Provide your approved graphic or video, contact information, website, social media, or QR code.
Join the Rotation
Once approved and active, your Community Spotlight is added to the Lounge monitor rotation.
Your Spotlight. Your Month.
Your Community Spotlight remains in rotation during your paid participation period. You may cancel future participation, and your spotlight will be removed at the end of your current paid month.
The frequency and timing of individual spotlight appearances may vary based on the number of participating businesses and the daily monitor rotation.
A Curated Community Experience
We want Community Spotlight to remain useful to our guests and valuable to the businesses participating. For that reason, participation is limited and every Community Spotlight is reviewed before publication.
WellEmbrace may request changes to promotional materials or decline businesses or content that do not align with the environment, audience, or experience we are creating.
Participation in Community Spotlight does not represent an endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or recommendation by WellEmbrace.
