WellEmbrace did not begin with a building. It grew from years of experiences, conversations, service, and seeing how much women quietly carry.
Corporate Experience
I spent many years working in corporate environments, supporting senior executive leaders and navigating demanding spaces where excellence, responsibility, and taking care of everyone else's needs were part of everyday life.
Emotional Wellness
My passion for emotional wellness eventually led me to become a Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach, with additional training in adult, youth, military and first responders mental health coaching.
Faith and Service
My heart for women grew through life, conversations, faith, ministry, service, and years of seeing women carry more than most people ever realize.
Women need places they can go before life becomes too much.
I Wanted Something Different
I understand what it feels like to carry a lot, keep showing up, and still need somewhere to exhale.
I wanted to create more than another place where you make an appointment. I did not want women to feel as though something had to be wrong before they could walk through the door.
I imagined a place where a woman could come because she needed support, but also because she wanted connection, quiet, conversation, growth, or simply somewhere that felt good to be.
There are places to get our hair done. Places to eat, exercise, shop, and work.
But where is the place you can walk into simply because you need a moment?
Where do you go when you are not necessarily in crisis, but you could use encouragement, connection, quiet, conversation, or something that pours back into you?

Come for Support
One woman may walk through the doors because she has a coaching appointment or is looking for emotional support.
Come for Connection
Another may come to meet a friend, attend a class, join a conversation, or simply spend time around other women.
Come for Yourself
Someone else may want to read, journal, sit quietly, take a break from her routine, or enjoy an hour that belongs to her.
Come Because You Want To
You may simply want to browse the Boutique, have a cup of tea, discover something new, or see what WellEmbrace feels like for yourself.
This Is Personal to Me
I am a woman of faith. My relationship with God influences how I lead, serve, encourage, and create. WellEmbrace was built from those values while remaining a welcoming place for women from all walks of life.
I want women to know there can be space in their lives for themselves too.
Not only when something is wrong. Not only when they have reached their limit. Sometimes you simply want somewhere to go.
